Welcome to CarDr.com Inc. (“CarDr.com,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our hardware devices, APIs, SDKs, mobile applications, web reports, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Use of Services

  • The Services are provided on a “best available” basis for informational and diagnostic purposes only.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your vehicle, systems, or software integrations.
  • CarDr.com does not guarantee that the Services will detect all issues or that the information provided is error-free.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse the Services, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute them without authorization.
  • You are responsible for any data, content, or information you provide while using the Services.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, SDKs, APIs, designs, and content provided through the Services are the property of CarDr.com Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them except as expressly permitted.

4. Feedback

If you provide CarDr.com with feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use and exploit that feedback without restriction or obligation.

5. Indemnification

You acknowledge that CarDr.com provides the Services (including hardware devices, SDKs, APIs, mobile apps, and web reports) on a “best available” basis.You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CarDr.com Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
  1. Your access to or use of the Services.
  2. Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
  3. Any content, data, or information you provide through the Services.
  4. Any third-party claims arising from reliance on diagnostic reports, repair estimates, valuation results, or other outputs generated by the Services.
CarDr.com reserves the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us. You agree to cooperate fully in such defense.

6. No Warranty

  • The Services are provided strictly on a best-effort, “as is,” and “as available” basis.
  • CarDr.com makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, or non-infringement.
  • CarDr.com does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.
  • You acknowledge that reliance on diagnostic results, repair estimates (including engine repairs cost), valuations, or other outputs is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarDr.com Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, vehicle damage, reliance on diagnostic results, downtime, data loss, service-level interruptions, or costs of repair, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

CarDr.com may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at https://CarDr.com/Terms/. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
