Parry founded CarDr.com’s Automotive Diagnostic Technology, On-Board Diagnostics, AI/Machine Learning, Marketing, and Corporate Business Development divisions. He has also filed numerous patents in Mobile Vehicle Diagnostics, Vehicle Valuation, and Vehicle Condition Assessment. Beyond these achievements, he continues to guide innovation in the company’s core technologies.
In addition to his work at CarDr.com, Parry founded Red Fort Capital, a $1.2 billion opportunistic real estate private equity fund backed by sovereign wealth funds and major institutional investors. Over the last decade and a half, he has led investments in more than 50 projects, covering over 50 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate. Through his leadership, the fund has built a long-standing track record in high-value asset development.
He also oversees the lending operations of Red Fort Capital Finance, an S&P Investment Grade NBFC. This finance company specializes in secured small-business loans ranging from $200,000 to $2 million, supporting growing enterprises across multiple sectors.
Mr. Singh has also served as the Managing Partner of American Capital Realty, a real estate brokerage firm that has overseen more than $400 million in commercial and residential transactions across North America. Beyond this, he has held a Real Estate Managing Broker license in four states—IL, WI, CT, and MA. Earlier in his career, from 1993 to 1997, he worked at Motorola (Symbol Technologies) as a Systems Engineer, where he gained valuable technical and operational expertise.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Singh served on the State of Illinois TechVenture Committee, advising the state on its $1.4 billion technology budget. He has also been a visiting speaker at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, sharing insights with the next generation of leaders. Moreover, his work and expertise have been featured on major TV networks, including Martha Stewart, CNN, and ABC, further establishing him as a respected speaker and published author across multiple disciplines.
