CarDr.com is seeking to hire VP Sales - Full - Part Time: National and Corporate Sales. 100% Commission to expand its clientele among Large and mid size auto dealers by promoting its Auto Diagnostic & Appraisal subscription service.

This innovative product offers a comprehensive, data-driven vehicle appraisal and diagnostic, providing accurate and unbiased information to dealerships. The VP Sales role involves building strong relationships with big rooftop potential clients, showcasing the value of CarDr.com's subscription service, and driving sales through effective communication and presentation skills.
National and Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base across the country. must have strong relationships with franchise dealer groups

Responsibilities of VP Sales:

Develop and implement a national sales strategy to increase revenue and market share for CarDr.com OBD Diagnostic based valuation and appraisal service.

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives across the country to ensure the delivery of superior customer service and meet or exceed sales targets.

Develop and maintain relationships with key franchise dealers and auctions to drive new business and increase market share.

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to the senior management team to inform business planning.


Requirements of VP Sales

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in national and corporate sales in the automotive industry.

Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams and achieving revenue targets. 5+Years

Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, including valuation and appraisal services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.

Ability to travel extensively within the United States.

Compensation VP Sales: is very rich and performance based. It's a two Fold compensation:

A. Sales Based: Fresh + Residual

  • · Fresh Sales: Account managers will receive a one-time payment equal to 100% of the first month's subscription payment for each new account they sell.
  • · Residual Compensation: Account managers will receive ongoing compensation for active accounts as follows:
  • o 50% of the subscription payment for the second month
  • o 40% of the subscription payment for the third month
  • o 35% of the subscription payment for months 4-12
  • o 4% of the subscription payment after the first year
  • o 1% of the subscription payment for the third year and beyond.
  • Residual compensation – payable only on the active accounts. They will be issued a 1099 at the end of the calendar year

B. Resources you Manage and Appoint:

  • Flat 5% of Net Revenue collected by resources you appoint, paid quarterly.
